How do I look?
2004年6月23日Today， I went to the supermarket to buy some wine for my friend. Of course， I’m qualified to buy alcohol in this country too. But I’ve never been able to buy it without ID. My friends also say I look much younger than people who are in my age.
My previous English teacher said my face was youthful as well. OK. Whatever.
But whenever I try to buy alcohol， I have to show my ID. I’m just sick of that.
Well， particularly， yesterday… the casher seemed not to believe I was over 18. She tried to check my ID again and again. She looked at me so suspicious! I think she may’ve thought I took someone else’s ID like my old sister’s. No way! I don’t even have old sisters. That’s my ID! Believe me! I wanted to say so.
Oh well， when will I be recognized as an adult in this country…?
